I have already done my MBA from one of the top 30 institutes ( PG Ranking)....I have one year of experience as of today...I am plaanning for 2nd MBA...from top 10 institutes only...

I have done it... but i am not satisfied in 2 aspects..i wont blame my college for it...
as I had some unavoidable family responsibilities, I had to make a compro in selecting my 1st job...
first: i am not satisfied with the kind of job profile i have
second: as my college does not provide any specialisation, i have a general MBA..i want to pursue the specialization and leap forward and leave behind the compro i had to make...
it's not related to pay...for ur info i am paid so nicely that no other hospital (i am in healthcare sector) in gujarat does pay this much...
i am bit apprehensive as i dont have any specialization, and i am considering to have one...i know it can be done through DL mode also but I want to have it through a formalized education....hope it's clearer now

but hav got an offer frm HCL BPO to join as TECHNICAL SUPPORT OFFICER(TSO) at NOIDA ,salary-13600 pm + 6200 incentives etc. .what shuld i do?shall i join it nd keep searching fr jobs while earning some money via this TSO job at HCL or concentrate to continue do this TSO job n make it a career option,how will it be helpful in latter case?please help 😞

Presently i have 20 months of work experience in a private comp as tech support eng and i have got the calls from XLRI,FMS.But i could not convert them (XLRI-no hopes) ,as i think my Job profile has not got down well with the interviewers.Well its not too late , i have a central govt job offer from CGDA(Controller general of Defence Accounts) as SAS (Job deals with Accounts related to defense and giving financial advice to them).I am in big dilemma if i have to leave my current job and join the govt job ,as i am not sure if this domain is accepted by the institutes and if it hampers my placement chances after MBA , when i take CAT 2011.I am pretty confident of securing calls from good insti next year but i am worried about my shifting of job domain in to govt.Finally i have no qualms in pursuing MBA in finance.Please let me know if this is bad decision or will it be difficult to convince interviewers next year ,when they think from there perspective of student profiles.Help me in taking my big decision in life.

I am kindof in a fix here and need some serious advice.
A little Background:
I have a USA Green Card, am preparing for CAT currently in India.
I am confused between Going to USA to do MS hasslefree after my grad (and forget the risk of losing the Green card) or doing MBA in india and risk losing the green card (dont mind it if in an IIM or some premiere b-school, which is something which cannot be predicted)
Will do whatever is best for my career.
please suggest something.

You cannot fairly compare MS and MBA as they take you on totally career paths , and its upto you to figure out what you want to choose
In your specific situation MS might be better, as you already have a green card the chances of you getting a job in the US increase dramatically
heres my profile - 10th 59.4 2005, 12th 67.5 2008 1 year gap after 10th . grad bba 2011 -around 51 % . OBC nc candidate .
gave cat = 69.67%ile lrdi=84 ,eng=77,quant 31 , snap -86 ,cet 96%ile .
rejected in bimtech n missed srcc gbo final list by a few marks .
really confused whether i should again give cat this year , even if i do get 90 + %ile can any i good college take me or will my poor acads always make me get rejected . the colleges i targetted are nmims , fore pgdm , lbsim delhi ,kj somaiya ,welingkar , iift , mib du , siib ,gim ,liba , srcc , bimtech . more inclined to govt. colleges where my obc reser. ill help me .
also what type of job to look for in this 1 year if i retake cat ?

I am a full time asp.net developer with 3 years of experience. I have been offered a job of CRM Developer in one of the reputed IT Companies in India. The training would be provided by the company itself which would be either in Seibel CRM / SAP / MS Dynamics.
My Question to you all are;
1. What is CRM with reference to IT Industry? What kind of roles and responsibilities does this designation holds? Basically what am i suppose to do?
2. Does CRM means providing a customer/client support (via chat/telephone/emails etc) of the company? (Something like Call Centre guys do)
3. Are there any future prospects of CRM? What would i be doing 3 years down the line, if i become a CRM Developer?
