The medical test is a general medical test dat include X-ray, ENT, Ht, Wt, blood test , ultrasound n varios other tests..
They rejct ppl only for Color Blindness..
so there is not much 2 wrry abt..:)

Err..people are also rejected if they have thalassemia (not sure bout the spelling ) its a disorder in the blood

hav u been selected thru campus..
i got selected thru campus in may '05 n v rcvd d offer lttrs in Dec '05.
In arnd Feb d medical test was conducted n only dose students who had sum prob were informed abt dat.. n dey had their med test again though none was rejected..
n v r still waiting for the joining dates..

I am not selected thru campus, I am 3 yrs experienced. I got a call from TCS day before quering about by degree, they told me that i will get the offer letter in next four days. Lets see, i kept my finger crossed.

I have been also selected for TCS in Delhi on 14th May, got to know my salary package on next day, but didnt received any offer letter. is TCS take this much of time?

I have a squint in my eye. I can do nothing about it. My eye sight in one eye is quite week ( 6/36 ) and they cannot be corrected by wearing spectacles.

I am really sad to see about the colour blind issue, i hope he gets a better offer.

Please tell me whether I should try for other companies as well.

What all do they test in the medical test...

Kindly take some time and explain about the squint.

Hello All I got to know that TCS has a cut off percentage in academics for experienced people. Can anyone let me know how much it is and how strict are they in this cut-off. Is it possible for people with less percentage but much experience to by-pass this cut-off?RegardsSri
