first day no work is done and second day the first person does the work so assuming 1 unit of work done on first day, 2 units of work done on second day n so on, by 5th day 15 units of work is done. given that the work done is constant so one unit of work is done starting from the second day as no work is done on first day so you would require 16 days to complete the work

starting from second day work got doubled.....this doesnt mean 1st day no work ws done....
bhai didnt get it..

bro question barabar se padho it is clearly given no work is done on first day i.e work started from second day til 5th day. so according to my logic
1st day = 0 units of work
2nd day = 1 units of work
3rd day = 2 units of work
4th day = 4 units of work
5th day = 8 units of work.. so totally 15 units of work
now it is given that work done is constant so the constant work has to be 1 unit of work
to do 15 units of work u would require 15 days + 1st day where no work is done = 16 days
Hope its clear now

Hi Puys,

Help me solve this question:
1- If x and y are even integers,then the number of solutions of x^2-y^2 = 7389746232 is
a)0 b)1 c)2 d)more than 2

no bhai, what i am saying is written is that work get doubles from the 2nd day onwards but that doesn't means that 1st day no work was done by the 1st man.
