It should be 0.

Let a1 = a - 4 ; b1 = b - 3 ; c1 = c - 1;

So a1 + b1 + c1 = (a + b + c) - 8 = 0

So here Its form of :

a1^3 + b1^3 + c1^3 - 3*a1*b1*c1 = 0
