yaar usme largest element wali conditn nai fit ho rahi
kaun sa term lena padega..???

Largest element
a+(p-1)=m
A+(2p-1)=n
Isse a-A mil jaega in terms of p then put it in the other eqns formed for sum

bhai main aise kiya:

First set ka first element a maan liya and second set ka b

Now a + p-1 - b - 2p + 1 = 9

a - b - p = 9

Also p/2[2a + p -1] = 2p

and p[2b +2p -1] = p

in equations se to unique p ki value nhi aa rahi :banghead:

the remainder obtained when 1989*1990*1991+1992^3 is divided by 3982?

bhai aise hi kara...lekin isse p 22 a rah hai..
kuch gadbad ho rahi hai
:(

..ab logic batao zara ..

had gone for lunch :P
ok..see
2p = p/2[2a+p-1]
==>2a+p = 5
a = (5-p)/2---(i)
p=2p/2[2b+2p - 1]
==> 2b+2p = 2
b = 1-p---(ii)
given, b+2p - 1 - a - p + 1 = 9
==> b+p - a = 9
from(i) and (ii) 1-p+p - (5-p)/2 = 9
p = 21 :)

For three real no.s, z^x=x,

z^y=y,
y^y=x and x not equal to y.

Find: xyz
x+y+z??

Observe 3982..its equal to 1991*2
So First term (1989*1990*1991) is divisible be 3982..so its remainder is 0.
Now remains 2nd term REM(1992*1992*1992)%2*1991
REM(996*1992*1992)%1991
REM(996*1*1)%1991
REM(996%1991)
since we have cancelled 2 so we have to multiply 2 with 996 to get final remainder
Remainder will be 2*996=1992

Bhaiyon 21 hi a raha but quest ka statement thoda ambiguous hai
instead of "The difference between the largest elements of M and N is 9" i guess it shd be
"The difference between the largest elements of N and Mis 9"

well wo to hum settle kar skte hai..i think it means absolute value..

Suppose your credit cars charges 16% interest(compound) per year, but you have to pay the interest due monthly. What is the annual percentage rate?
