Pattern... (helps if you know that everything repeats last 2 digits in 20 steps so the cycles will be every 20 or 10 or 5 or 4 cases in most!)

34 with 25 gives me 9.

Look at powers of 9 ke last 2 digits - 09, 81, 29, 61 and by now we can see the pattern, which will go as 49, 41, 69, 21, 89, 01. So 9^10 gives me 01

So 34^2020 equiv (9^10)^202 = 1 with 25....

Most people apparently prefer Euler for these....me, I am not well-versed with Euler so stick with CRT for now.

Wording issue? Skew lines means non-coplanar lines - so they cannot intersect each other. I assume you mean pairwise non-parallel.

I guess 211 regions will be formed (1+summation 20).
