Hi Everyone, I am currently working for a MNC and for IIMs and Colleges asking for EXPERIENCE Certificate what should i do...?? In my case we only get experience certificate when we leave the organisation or serve notice period. What can be given as experience certificate in such case. PLEASE HELP !! Thanks !

Hey guys....most of you folks would have started receiving the calls from your dream/not-so-dream colleges, and would be confused with what all preparations to start with in order to crack that coveted call. Having gone through the same situation last year, I believe I would be in a good position to lay a framework for interview prep:
1) Introduction/Tell us something about yourself (The answer to this usually decides how the interview would be driven)
2) Why MBA (This question is mainly asked to gauge your interest in pursuing MBA and just to ensure that you are not here without any perspective)
3) UG Acads/Work exp related questionsÂ
4) Personals (Strength, Weaknesses, Meaning of your name, history of your hometown, background of your parents/family)
5) Hobby (Particularly for IIMC this is important)
6) About the college you are interviewing for
7) What other calls you have and what will you choose?
8) Current affairs (Very important to have an individual opinion for the hot topics)
All these are the basic structure what you should be prepared for. But agian, the interview and the questions asked can be completely random and hence be prepared for bouncers!
GIVE ATLEAST 6-7 MOCK INTERVIEWS BEFORE YOUR ACTUALS
PS: It okay to fake the answers. Fake with background check and confidence. Just don't get caught.
