Nitin, This query has been answered uncountable number of times. Plz take some pain to search this thread. The address is written in brochure or you can get it from website. For now there is no need to send any doc wid DD. juz send DD with your name,CAT TR#,NITIE application# and your contact number written on its back. You can use any method you want to send it juz make sure it reach thr b4 time.
have already submitted my draft and it has reache nitie................ i had called the guys at admissions on friday itself they told me without the draft they cant tell me anythin..............today i called them again and i was told that admission is confirmed and we need to report on 19th .............when i asked about the total no of seats still vacant i was told to worry only about myself and not about others.........so people with waitlist above me have a sure shot convert ............... /*****************************************************/

Called up the office today afternoon. I had sent my request for refund on 14th May. The accounts office guys told me that they have dispatched the cheque yesterday itself.
So, all you puys waiting for the refund can look forward to it in the next few days (assuming that you applied it the same time frame that I have)
frnds one urgent clarification needed, pl help as i m having my draft with me bt it is payable at central ranch of Mumbai with branch code7690 i put up in jhansi and SBI people r saying tht they have been instructed to make drftayable at central branch in case of Metros... so inspite of mentioning the Vihar lake branch code icoudnt get draft payable at there.. i hope it will not cause any problem otherwise ill b in a big fix bcozihavaleady deposited 1.42L in IMI. pls reply ASAP.. seniors plz reply

dude tickets are not the issue main thing is some other work like i am working though i have resigned but i have to serve some notice period , which is two months , finally they have agreed to release me on 2nd july .( as releaving certificate is mandatory ) so as early as possible i can report NITIE on 4th july ( keeping travelling time buffer )

Can somebody plz tell me if it is possible to withdraw the application even if i get a confirmed seat from the 3rd waitlist? I am 55th on the 3rd waitlist and 43rd on the waitlist for IIM I. I will come to know of my IIM I status on tuesday. But i need sufficient time to obtain a release from my organization, whihc will take about a week or two at max. I intend sending the DD to nitie early(may be today). Do i stand to lose the entire (1,30,500) amoutn in case i withdraw my application after my nitie seat has been confirmed. I am in a real dilemma. Any help would be gold-dust.

hey mate i guess as of now u r sure tht u would be joining NITIE or IIM I ................so u can go ahead with yr resignation formalities straightaway ..............as for nitie fees u can wait till tuesday ............IF IIM I gets cleared well and good otherwise u would still have ample time to deposit yr fees at nitie ..................u can definitely withdraw yr admissio before 16th ...........thats for sure AFAIK..................y dont u call up admissions ...............they would be the best people answer this query ...............the admission guys are really courteous ...............just give them a call

ya boss i got my confirmation over the phone itself ...............i did try to enquire about the no of seats vacant ..............but they did not entertain this query of mine ..................i guess confirmation on the spot might depend on yr waitlist number ..............people at the bottom of the waitlist might get the confirmarion later ...............although i am pretty sure tht out of this list there would be at least 20 to 30 dropouts ..............and tht brings down waitlist numbers significantly ..............so dont worry and hope that they give u the confirmation on the ph itself .................do keep us posted about there response .............would help our fellow puys

For all Puys, those who are having diffculty in getting character certificate from company or clg, you can get a character certi attested by a gazetted officer and printed on officer's company letter pad. I have attached a protoype character certi with this post.
