what do you mean by HOME STATE when it comes to transfers?
i put up in NCR(noida) but unfortunly come under UP, so if after 3 years i get transfer is it possible to get delhi?

Hi all, i just came across this thread. some of you seem veterans in PO so please take a look at my questions:
1. What is the in hand salary of a PO? is there likely to be a hike? (there was a lot of noise a few weeks back about this, however i didn't follow what came of it...)
2. If i work in a PSB for say 4-5 years will i get an opening later on in a private bank?
3. Even if i stay on what is the career graph like? will i be able to specialise in a specific branch of banking, say for example corporate banking, treasury etc after a few years?
Pusy i appeared for NAINITAL BANK's credit officer exam and i hve finally been selected...now waiting for IBPS PO RESULT.....is CREDIT OFFICER's profile better than PO's?
Puys I am an MBA fresher, also completed CFA from ICFAI. I will most probably be joining as PO as i m hopeful of getting an allotment. Now my question is does qualifications like MBA and CFA help in future? can one get into treasury or investment banks in future? Since PO does general banking in probation period, does he get into specialised departments after 2 years?

Hello @winner_iima .. Can you please tell me whether a Bank PO employee is eligible for taking loan from his employer bank.. If yes, then against what documents/security is the loan given and what is the maximum amount of the loan that can be taken as such.... It must be noted that in this question, the concerned Bank PO employee would have completed only around 2-3 months of service as a PO....

Hi guys, I have converted NMIMS full time MBA, XIMB bhubaneshwar and IMT ghaziabad. I cleared my bank PO exam and got allotted to bank of Maharashtra. Now I am utterly confused.
NMIMS fees : 14 lac (excluding hostel).
Now I am not sure what I will get in bank as PO!!
