@praneethreddy5 Bhayya. You may have seen the dark side of banking. I agree and I appreciate your cautious posts. But demotivating aspirants is not a good thing. Congrats for clearing CGL. I read somewhere that you're aim is Civils. Good luck for that too. But I request you to stop arguing that banks are waste and PO job is the worst. I've seen that these arguments have been going on here for a long time and aspirants with lots of dreams get extremely let down. Ila chepthunnanduku verela anukovaddu. :)

Never had the intention of demotivating, as you said its jus cautioning and nothing else, Even now I repeat tht if you have age and ability see banking jus as an alternative and keep it as a last option. Banks are neither waste nor excellent. To your attention PO job is a hell like thing, not for me even for my colleagues who are atleast 20. May be everyone of those have seen darker side of banking. If you need I will fetch all of their E-mail IDs or Phone nums. Never give up your chase though you feel tht some people lik me demotivates. I jus suggested to keep banks as back-up and cautioned tht they are not tht charming as you dream while targetting. All the Best for your plans.

My brother got recently placed in Federal Bank as probationary officer .. The CTC offered was 6.6 lakhs .. It was a campus placement through his B school .. I just wanted to know the real cash component or the take home salary that he would get .. He is in scale I with basic pay 14500.. Will he be getting around 45k as take home since his CTC is 6.6 ????
