•Humans of GIM•

My path to the defense forces was all about discipline—early mornings, tough runs, and countless study hours. I poured everything into that dream, and while I ended up on a different road, that resilience stuck with me. It became a quiet strength, pushing me to keep going no matter what.

Then I came to Goa Institute of Management, and suddenly, life looked different. Here, it’s not just about grit and structure; it’s about collaboration and creativity. Instead of solitary sprints, there are group projects and coffee-fueled brainstorms. Every day challenges me to adapt, to be open to new ideas and ways of thinking, but that disciplined mindset still has its place, just in a new way.

Now, as I look to the future, I’m excited in a way that feels familiar but new. I still feel that drive, but it’s about creating something with others, making a difference, and leading with empathy. GIM has opened up a new chapter, and I’m ready to dive in and see where it takes me.
