I had my interview- They asked me absolutely no question I could prepare for (no why mba/why isb stuff). Mostly around what product you like, how would you improve some of them, how would you market with min budget and stuff like that. It lasted in total (including the initial intro's and my questions about 18 mins). I was pretty positive about the interview but the more I ponder over the questions I feel it could have been much better.
My question is how important is the interview overall, can I have a relatively average interview and still make it if the rest of the profile is fine.
I work with an American MNC in Europe (2 years now), part of a finance leadership development rotational program. Have had previous experience of starting a non-profit and also working with a startup to build and launch a new product. More recently worked with a friend to launch a on-demand Laundry app in Dublin.
Have a B.Tech (India) Masters in Business (ESC Grenoble France).
Decent extra-curriculars and a 720 GMAT.
I just feel my interview could have been better. But that is feeling after I have given those questions thought for over 2 days and I am comparing this with instantaneous answers.
Do let me know what you guys think.

Just received the call for Skype interview. Can you please help me following doubts:
1. What kind of preparation I should do? Anything specific that I need to look into?
2.Do I need to prepare my documents/certificates?
3. Is there going to be one word essay to begin with?
How was the experience of people who have already attended the Skype interview this year? Any suggestions?

Hi puys, Had my interview today at Delhi. Mine was panel 3. It was a panel of two both alums one from PGP and other from PGPMax. Interview mostly revolved around my essays, why I made the career choices that I had made, what is my plan B, few questions about my work and then if any questions that I had. There was hardly any cross questioning. It was a pleasant interview. Hope all goes well. All the best to others who had or have an interview.

Hi guys had my interview today at 2 pm delhi. I was in panel 6 two alumnus one from PGP and other from PGP Max questions were from my essays no guestimates question. No cross questions. It was mostly pleasant although my presentation of answers was very bad. Dont know if will make it or not. Very disappointed with myself. 😞

Just got done with my interview. They really quizzed me on my profile and it was quite a stressful interview. They asked why not stay in the same job instead of changing. I couldnt even finish some answers before they would cross question.
I dont know what it means but I did stick to my belief throughout. Not sure what to feel about the results.
