Hi seniors/Mentors, I am having an overall experience of 3.3 years out of which 1.5 years are with Dell and rest in Tesco in which I am currently working with. I have a %age of 75,66 and 70 in 10th,12th and btech respectively. I am connected with a NGO in Bangalore as well. Please let me know what can I improve in terms of extra curriculars and GMAT so as to get into ISB. Also when should I write my gmat??Any suggestions from senior will be highly appreciated..!!

Acads: Xth (79.81) , XIIth (70.4) , B.E. Comp Science ( 74.81 , CGPA 8.41 , No backlog ) , PGDM Marketing Major & Finance Minor ( 69 % ) from TIER 2 College in Mumbai.
Work Exp : 1. SBI LIFE INSURANCE - Business Development Manager ( Exp - 20 months ) & 2. HDFC Bank - Deputy Manager Sales ( 26 months ). Will join another organisation from this Month.
Extra Curricular : Won various awards at school level which includes 2 times scholarship. Part of Placement and Student Cell at Graduate Level. Part of Placement Cell at PG level. Won various Business Quiz at PG level. Played Soccer at State level ( though no certificate ). Won GK quiz at various level.
Associated with an NGO for the last 3 years which teaches kids of tribal area. Has been teaching for the last 6 years in different institutes ( basically Chemistry, but no certificate for the same). Regular Blood Donor.

So, I had multiple switches , experiences in working at startups (not sure if my own startup would be considered as i did'nt registered it) .Will this act as a hurdle for me while applying ?
I am planning to take a GMAT in the next 2 months and hoping to get a descent score.What exactly shall be my strategy to crack ISB next year,given my background ? Do I need a great GMAT score or need to do some online course to improve my profile?How good are the chances anyways ? I would rather expect an honest reply.
