Soloni:Freshers do MBA to pursue their carrer as qualified professionals and experienced do MBA for increasing their qualification and bag promotions...ya knowledge gathering is another aspect of doin MBA....But it is advised to do MBA with some relevant exp which would match ur profile while applying job...corporate wants people who can work fr them and help them in contribution of profits..so with exp mba if u do mba it would do wonders while ur placements...best of luck:)
