Why sorry for that? Guess what, I have been following PG for some months now but started posting only very recently, so no formalities yaar. I am an MBA aspirant (as I aspire to do MBA :)), I have got a convert from IIM Indore, waiting to join Planet-I.
As I asked earlier, do let me know regarding ur comfort with RCs and general reading, I have a plan for you for that in case u r not too good at it. No harms if u r already really good at it 😃
With that experience you should only be looking for colleges / courses that can radically change your career path, for the better. You could in fact combine management & IT and go for a course like PGDM-IT. Of the better I remember right now are- PGDCM from IIM Calcutta, PGDM-IT from IMT Ghaziabad.
Also, look up GMAT.
I believe PGSEM from IIM Bangalore is good as well.

Hi Sirish,
Let me be frank in telling you that 50 %ile in CAT or 56%ile in MAT (at least this should ve had been better) is not good, at least not good enough if u really want good colleges anywhere (I am talking about good colleges, not great colleges). I believe you should take up CAT/MAT at least one more time, with a little more preparation. You can use all the knowledge available on PG (knowledge about Quant/DI/Verbal rather than knowledge about colleges, that you can always do once u have good results) to do better, all the very best.

First of all, I believe your name can't be rkkum2 (at least 2 can't be part of a name :)). Jokes apart, I believe you should have a reason to do MBA, you can't be doing MBA because you are fed up of coding, because tomorrow you might be fed up of doing your job after MBA. This reason should be so very strong that it should motivate you to get back to studies/preparation even when you are down and out. And when you have a dream, trust me, you will do whatever it takes to realize it.
As far as starting your preparation for MBA goes, you can refer to one of my replies to Sreedhar87 (in case you have net available enough time), please start now, all the very best.
