Result is out guys. As expected I cleared CT6 and failed in CT1. So what's the news guys? How have you all fared?
I am going for CT1 and CT2 on May 2014 along with the practical paper CT9 also scheduled in May.
Got the IAI membership card today 😃 Actually more kinda admit card for future exams 😉

I am planning to appear only for CT1 this May. I have bought the Combined Material Pack.
Can you give me some idea whether I need to have optional materials like Assets, Flash card, Mock paper BC, etc - all of them are listed as optional materials in IAI site and I am not sure whether I need all / some / any of them.
Also I believe I should be in possession of the Actuarial tables - hence I ordered for it today.
hey guys. i am a final year engineering student at DTU, delhi. I read previous posts and found them really insightful, so ya thanks for that people 😃 . Can someone please elaborate about job prospects after clearing 2-3 levels of CT, i was thinking about CT1 and CT3, in investment management firms or in risk management. Also am registering for ACET june 2014, so, when can i write my first CT. THANx

Though I am confused if I should buy the hard copy or soft copy. There is quite a price diff there. Can some one please tell me the no of books in each subject and their avg length.

How many kinds of fees are there after clearing ACET ?!..One is admission fees, one is payment for study material, is there also any other fees we need to give for sitting in an exam, if yes how much? Please reply asap.

Did u guys get a mail regarding some online classroom program.. I got mails pertaining to it from ActEd after registering... Is it rigged or actually der r such programs.... dey sent me mails regarding that program and provided login details.. some ppl with bpp as their e-mail address..I have heard, there is no coaching available for ACET or actuarial studies?? Ppl who hav cleared ACET into actuarial studies plz put some light into this... Will be helpful to all ACET aspirants..... Thx in advance
