Guys..My infosys joining is on march 18th 2013 as SYSTEMS ENGINEER JOB LEVEL 3. I was placed in campus on sep21,2011 . I have attended Accenture off-campus and got selected for the job level of Associate Software Engineer(ASE). My ultimate goal is CAT this year. I have already given CAT 2012 and got 75 percentile. So I want to give another try. SO now please tell me which one is better to join?? considering factors like work load, job level, growth and job security..Please help me guys..waiting for reply..please
@laksan hi buddy,I personally prefer infosys to accenture,give it a shot in CAT 13' then try for a top b-school. Infosys had delayed the DOJ of students by ages but yes now that u have u r joining in the near future it is wise to take infosys.I think u finished u r online training successfully so u can finish the rest of the training by June and then start u r preparation for CAT '13.Too heck of a preparation from June can land in a very decent percentile.ALL the Best.

@sachin.reddy thank you sachin. heard that accenture has less work load compared to infosys. that's why i am in dilemma. Yes i have completed online training. Aimimg at IIMs. so a little bit of confusion if Infy has heavy work load then i may not find time for CAT...
@joyjitpal : No dude,u wont be getting enough time at infy(mysore),provided u r too studious and very meticulous in planning u might do some stuff regarding CAT,but again it's too difficult.That's what I mentioned in my above post u might finish u r training by june and once u hit the production floor,u have plenty of time because u might want to write CAT somewhere in NOv.

@laksan Yea,accy might not bulldoze u with too much of work,but infy gives u a certificate upon completion of the training which is worthy,but again it does matter too much in which company u work if u r seriously trying to pursue u r MBA in near future,because all you need is Experience.Both the companies are equally good,so depending upon the geographical location and u r preferences It's up to u.

@junefever : U sign a service agreement with infosys,that u would be working for 1 year after u finish u r training. U finish u r training and want to work for infosys,they would give u a certificate that u have successfully completed the training at mysore.

are u currently employed in Infosys? plz explain the complete process...
As per my knowledge, Infosys does not issue any kind of certificates to the candidates after successful completion of training.
@junefever : No dude,i'm just like many who are waiting to join infosys,but yes the certificate thing is told by my seniors who are currently employed in infosys.

let me make it clear then... worked in Infosys for 2.5 years... they dont give any certification or any such thing... your training will be for 5-6 months...then u will be posted to other DC(development centers), where u will be working in different projects. the probation period starts from the first day of you joining production(ie next day ur training completes) ATB
