-Training ends on Friday, Posting date next to next week Monday(1 week gap), True or False?
-By opting for re-test you loose you location preference (Previous week people might have filled your preferred location), True of False?
-What is your take if i need a leave on the 1st week of posting?
-Do we get first few days accommodation in the city of posting?

yes, they provide 7 days of accommodation in thier own guest house.

I was placed in Infosys in sept 2011. I passed out in 2012. They first gave my joining date of 3rd march 2013. Then they delayed it to 3rd June 2013. Is there a possibility that they will delay it any further? (or cancel it?)

I guess they have started giving joining dates for your batch . So something to cheer 😃 regarding possibilty of delay - there is slight chance i would say. 90% your joining would not be delayed any further.
regarding cancelling your offer - 99.9% no. Once infosys recruits it mostly gives joining to everyone. However, they may make your training process tougher annd make difficult for you to survive

@akashbudhia could you please let me know when you received the mail for online training. My original doj was 13.3.2013 now postponed to 13.6.2013 - am anxious since no news of online training which I thought could commence on 13.3.2013
@Shrutim90 Since your first date of joining was 3.3.2013, I understood from the online chat Infy had that the online training would commence on this date itself and Mysore trainging would commence from the new date. Since we are just a week away from 3.3.2013, did you receive any info from Infy yet.
@Shrutim90 No I just rechecked the mail. Nothing is mentioned regarding online training - I got to know this from the live chat Infy had some time ago. No news thereafter.

you will be provided with the training some 4 months prior to your DOJ and it is a webinar further you will have to write an assessment test whn you join mysore campus
