hey frinds,
@invban said:@nisha24 same as that for freshers u have to have >60% in all exams/degrees
@invban said:@yogesh098 I joined the Company in 2008 , as a SPM and that criteria was valid then , I quit in 2010 , if the rules have changed I am not sure , but AFAIK Infosys ,though an average Org does really make a lot of fuss about %age be it junior , senior
@invban said:@yogesh098 As far as i know , they make a fuss about % age for work ex guys too .....this was the scenario when I joined the Co after having approx 11 years of work ex.... I quit in 2010 .....so ..if they have relaxed the criteria , I do not know ......Also , whenever yr friend applies , he would have to fill standard data in application process which would immediately indicate the applicant's eligibility in terms of % age .....Most of the lateral hires take place through internal referrals on the internal job portal of Infy and if yr friend is planning to go through that channel ....he can seek the advise from the person (inside Infosys) who will be forwarding his application
Hey Guys, i m back on pagalguy after a long time, thanks to hectic schedule at college
.
) months at Mysore,hlo ,
the bond you sign during your joining in mysore is for 1 year after u have been moved to production i.e after training completion at Mysore.................If you want to leave it after training they will not create any fuss about it. If opting during u r production day than two scenarios:-
1.if u want an experience letter means informing them about u r intentions they will ask u to pay monetary penalty which varies from 1-3L .Earlier u leave lesser will be the amount .
2.Absconding than there is no problem as I do know several cases where nothing serious have happened, they will send you some notice etc, refuse or dont take them. Even if recieve any of them there will be papers inside it which will ask u to pay bond money or face the music......but no action will be taken as far my knowledge for 2011 production batch.

sir infosys has given the DOJ as 13th may so at the max the training will get over by Aug after which one year of bond will come into play. and i am planning of writing CAT'13 and getting admission in any coll that i get based on my score. all the colleges will have their joining date in june or july the subsequent year which leaves me with 2-4 months of in-bond time.. so what wil be the compensation they may ask me to pay. can u pls highlight it?

You can opt just to jump the bond and go for MBA. You won't get work ex certificate but keep the joining letter and last salary slip with you which might act as a replacement for experience certificate!
