Infosys has declared for an off campus of btech students and asked for our CV's. But till now they haven't started the process. Do anyone have any idea? Are they fooling us? 😞

Everything must be under process (I am sure they would not be fooling). Wait for some more time or you can also contact the Infy help desk for further details.

hey friends i am curious to know how much annual package do Infy gives to the MBA graduates it hires for the profiles of:
1.Business Analyst
2.Associate Consultant

How much does it varies based on you are doing MBA from a IVY league college or just a mediocre college.Please give me a true picture based on this.

This is my second post and I must say that the previous Query i had was well answered and helped me...
However I have another query,
I am joining Imfy on March 5, How much will I get in hand in training?
And would that be after everyting, including food..?
What will be the other costs I need to bear?

You will get about 13.5 K in hand after all deductions including that for accommodation. This is for those who have their package 3.25 lac.

The food expenses will be separate but food is quite reasonable there.

And lastly don't think too much about these things, Just enjoy your stay at mysore. It's the best period of any infoscion's life..

P.S. Your first or second salary after you finish your training and move into production will take care of this less pay that you receive during training..

I have been waiting for the drive since last 7 months...See.. whenever i asked them via mail/phone, they told me that they don't have any requirements and it's all depends upon the business requirements but whenever i ask them on facebook/twitter, they always say :

Since that query is answered, had a greed to ask another one....
What is the pay period for infy, when do we get our pay every month (ex: I presently get my salary on last day of every month)

Also the my original DOJ was 9th jan, which was postponed to March 5. I am still waiting for my accommodation mails... When will I get that, I am very much curious and I doubt if they will postpone that aagin...

Please get me out of the mystery....

I know that infy gives a package of about 7.3 to an Associate Consultant graduating fresh out of college.
I think MBA is all about doing from a good college. If you get through one of the top 20 colleges you dont even have to think about getting into Infy coz you will have many better options.
I think for a guy who is really interested in understanding and working in a non technical domain ...infy is not a good choice. (that is my opinion) As you dont get that much exposure of the real market dynamics.

Business analyst
Associate consultant.


The package can vary from college to college.......but somewhr about 7LPA .

I would Suggest you Infosys as the training experience is worth all. That will be the time which you enjoy the most in Infosys. Its actually managing your studies and fun.

there is no such thing as character certificate which u can get from infy . But if u want a certificate stating u work at Infy, u can get it printed from sparsh ...

Sir , I want to have a clear cut idea regarding the growth rate in infosys.
Suppose if a person joins at 3.25lpa then for the first 5 months the salary is 13.5k.Then after that 22.5k on 6th month.
Then what will be the salary package(including training time) after two years of joining??

Hi,

For the training period (which is not 5 months now, of course if you score good) you will get 13.5k. After the training, you will get 22-24 according to your performance in training.
After you complete 1 year in production(which is 1yr and 3-4 months in Infosys) you will get a raise of around 5-8% which depends on your CRR.
Further promotions and hike depends on the rating(CRR) that your manager gives you.
