Give them at least 15 days. Try to contact HR over phone if you have their phone number. Else, if you went through a consultant contact through them.
Hi, Thanks for ur instant reply, I got call letter directly from Infy HR, I mailed her regarding my offer letter ,but still she not replied to my couple of mails, I dont have HR's contact number, when I called to infosys, they directed to some HR, that HR ask me about the HR who took my HR round, as I'm not aware of HR's name, she ask me to keep mail her. its already 9 days past(incl Monday holiday in Bangalore branch),I already resigned my current job as my HP joining date is on 2nd Nov, this I already mentioned to Infy HR during my HR round, she quoted my offer as high priority and urge to join infy and she also quoted that I will receive my offer soon. soon after(on 26th oct) I got a call from a guy from Infy and urge me to join Chennai branch, as I prefer Bangalore/Mysore as my base branch(this also I communicated to HR during HR round and she accepted that). Now , my worry is whether due to this location rejection from me will make any problem in getting offer. atleast If I get feedback from infy(positive or negative) soon will make to decide, or else I will be loosing both the offer. Pls guide me ,as I cant change my location as I already settle with my family in Bangalore

Accomodation for parents will be provided.....but that is only after you join infy if im correct. (as in, not at the point of joining.....maybe a few weeks or months after joining)
As for the tests....you can get them done in any hospital. The list of hospitals is suggested since all the tests can be done from any of them at one place itself.

For the mail regarding medical tests......it will come about 10-12 days before your joining

the mail mentioning all details wud be there 2 weeks before ur expected DoJ.. dont worry..u will have enf time to complete all formalities by then..

There wil not be a problem even if u dont get the passport while joining. They wil ask you to mention the passport application details. that would be enough. U have to provide it in another 2-3 months
I'm writing with pain, I doubt whether Infosys HR's are human beings or not, they are not giving any(good or bad) feedback to any of the candidate for the interview or offer status, neither replying to mails nor answering to phone calls.
I had very good impression on Infy, now I'm re-thinking about to join Infy, I didnt expect such kind of behavior from Infy HR's
Improper communication or delay in communication will create bad impression on infy, better HR's should aware of this and adopt as best practice.
