Out of sheer boredom I have purchased a Tata McGraw Hill book for GMAT edition 2006 ( RS 539 without CD).... have started working on it and find it quite a content rich book.
Haven't gotten to reading it completely but am hooked after a staple of Princeton Kaplan and OG (*all edits from the past years)
Anyone else on the same boat??
@another question The Kaplan CDs do they contain the same material regardless of the book (titles and editions) they come with ...any idea??

Powerprep is like a deprecated Java class. You will find references to it, but you won't easily find it. mba.com has taken it off the site, but there are people who have put it up on various share-file sites. Unfortunately the ones I have (share-files where powerprep used to exist) are all expiring (possibly the time-limit for the upload is exhausted).
Let me know if you are in/around Bangalore, I can share the CD with you.

hv got some clarifications rgding the topics covered in GMAT.
trigonometry/logarithms/stats... are they included in the syllabi? where can i probably find the precise list of topics included?? IMS covers all the topics at great lengths. Princeton makes it look like a childs play...

I have just started my prep for GMAT and have collected some stuff from friends. Somehow most of the prep stuff that I received, Kaplan books, Princeton review and so on, is from 2004. Do u think this can still be used or has there been some major change in the scope or content of GMAT tests since then.
