Hey rahul...thanks. I was on the waitlist last year too and was told that i'm 6th. But it just didn't move. So just worried that a repeat might happen this year too. And i think there are different waitlists for girls and boys due to the hostel space.

chill yaar......frankly speaking even i was carrying the same opinion abt. that pi of mine(i.e. either i was dynamite or they wanted a aaloo bomb only ) well freinds just to add for those who have made it this session n also for the ones who missed narrowly( hi! bharat:) ).....................B-school believes in the theory of best fit only..............i guess they have a pre defined batch composition sort of thing n just select ppl for these respective positions as close as possible.So in my case i was the last candidate of the whole session for GIM n there it was clearly a scracity of engineers there.....................so not to mention that interviewer compromised on a ........like me!! n ya he clearly told me same also. P.S.-after 2 rejects IMI,XIMB n 2 selects till now LBSIM,GIM i can clearly back on my theory of best fit. :grab:

Will do dude , And ya that thing abt predefined criteria is very much there , and I am damn sure that the number of engineers are also fixed . dekh lena engineers would be in the range of 50+/- 5...

Engineer wala fitting to apne par bhi fit hota hai....aisa haikya??chalo yaar engg kahin to kaam ayi....abe @andy welcome isliye bola..kyoki tune late post kiya tha...itna tosamjha kar yaar..and believe me yaar..my hr interview was like abhi hum jaise batiya rahena..waise hi..so i think BEST FIT THEORY by Andy works....
