Ye result ka din bhi sahi chuna hai ibps walo ne April fool.. Matlab gharwalo ko batao k nahi hua selection to kahenge April fool mat banao beta hamein pata hai select ho gaye ho... It can be other way round also...

Got 70.25 in mains ; belong to SC category. The interview was average at best . Asked me 10-12 questions of which 6-7 were about teaching which I answered well . 2-3 were based on my profile and my willingness to work anywhere in India which I answered but don't think they were satisfied. Rest 2-3 were banking/economy based questions which I couldn't answer satisfactorily at all . I got very nervous. They said in the end that I had answered all the questions very confidently and fluently and wished me good luck. Not sure what to make of it . Its a banking job and I couldn't even answer basic banking questions. Also at the interview venue almost everyone was dressed in formals just like trainee lawyers or corporate people and I was in my jeans and sneakers . Even my hair was dishevelled . For a moment I thought of running away and not giving the interview at all because I was the odd one out in the crowd of candidates and got very anxious. Could they deduct my interview marks ( or worse- fail me ) just because of my external appearance ? It would be so unfortunate if eventually I am not selected because of how I looked on the interview day.
Was IBPS mains held in different or single session. I can't remember.
