Quadratic inequalities : In books while comparing some says "we should follow the signs(<,>,=) on the basis of priority which comes the most , while in other books its written "if there comes any mismatch sign (like > with < or vise versa) , right away go for can not be determined. What exactly is right ?

Bhailog, general category, mains score 76, avg/little below avg interview..interview venue BOI Noida..I was the last candidate for intview, 5pm k around interview hua, total 12-15 min chala hoga interview..as it was the last interview, the panel members were relaxed, they were joking in between as well. Out of the 5 panel members, only 2 asked questions. First they asked about my graduation and since I graduated from DU, for the next 5-7mins we talked casually about DU, its colleges and the environment since the head of the panel also graduated from DU. It was casual interview till then. After that he asked technical questions, economics+finance based, around 7-8 questions were asked out of which I couldnt answer 2 questions(1 was proper case based question and quite important). He said I seem to have the knowledge but didnt revise properly and he was expecting more from me since, as per him, I have the best educational background for banking sector (commerce + economics & finance) and he was disappointed a bit. Then the other panel member asked me what are my strengths that will help me work better & contribute to banking sector and it seemed like he was satisfied with my answer. After that they again talked about DU for 1-2 mins and then ended the interview. I got positive vibes from them since all of them were smiling and talking frankly and normally. Ab interview mein kitna score ban sakta hai? Aur final selection k kya chances hain?
I Guess Safe Score For General Guys 75+ in written & For OBC 70+ with 11-12-13 marks in Interview..There will be seroius fights between people those who scored 65-70 like me(OBC)...Anyway Interview marks also 2 play a key role in some cases..All D BEst Guys..
