when do (within how many months )maximum banks give joining to selected candidates in ibps Po ?
hi guys ...i had been selected in poorvanchal bank as an office assistant but i had scored 76 marks in po and also 140 plus attempts in clerk mains as well as ippb mains .what shall i do.this is the first psu job that i got but they are asking for a 50k bond and also asking to report on 20th of march at 9.30 :( .sath mai they are saying i cant join any other job before taking their permission ..please help guys kya kar sakta hu mai iss waqt..plz plz plz plz help guys

Yes, I am one of the guy who scored above 80 (81.50) in written but is still not sure of final selection. Why ?? Read further .......
I scored 94 in PO mains last year, The interview was not good and I was awarded just 50 marks in that. I missed final cutoff and also reserve list. One of my friend who had scored lesser marks in written was given 82 marks in interview (She is female, ex-infosys employee and currently SBI PO) by which she scored more overall and got call from syndicate bank.
Do remember that every 2 marks in interview (out of 100) is equal to 1 marks in written (out if 200). If history repeats itself for interview marks then a guy who had scored 65 this time can level my score by getting 83 in written.
No one should consider his selection as final before 1st april.

Last Year 105(104.75) was that invicible score at which +8 in interview wont matter... So definitely 100+ was a good but not pakka score
Interview IBPS PO , situational based.
Person 1 took a debt of 1000Rs from Person 2, on Nov 08 2016, night 08 pm.
Now after 4 months, he repays by depositing Rs 10- 100 times into the person 2's bank account.
Every 4th txn he will be charged 150Rs by bank.
Person 2 will loose 13400. Person 1 yet repays 1000Rs
Is person 1 doing the revenge with help of new RBI guidelines for bank transaction? Is this possible?

No one actually knows what will be the cutoff,No one can tell you whether you are going to make it in the final list or not. It all depends on your "Karma" .
I think there is matter fear here. "Nahin hua to kya hoga" .
I saw some of the posts here,Some people making guesses on Cut-offs,some claiming references of so and so person/institution. Let them do. If you are not much dependent on a particular thing or fearful of your own result,these things will not matter at all (chahe cut off 40 ho ya 42 ).Jo cheez apne haath mein hai hi nahi uspe wild guesses ka kya faayda. Dil ko dilasa dena :D

As shared by logan 105 last year was safe heaven were 1 req only 8 mks in interview...can we compare 105 to 80 this year...cause if it is logical than cutoff is 100% below 40.
