(2x+3y+6)+K(x-4y+8)=0
find the value of K so that this equation is parallel to Y axis

K=-2

yaar ek question hai
yeh dekhna
(2x+3y+6)+K(x-4y+8)=0
find the value of K so that this equation is parallel to Y axis
@sampras : 5 walle ka A hai naa ??

12,6,4 ???

bhai y axis ka eqn x=0 hai so slope is tan90 that means inf
rearranging the given expn we get y = {(k+2)/(4k-3)}x + (8k+6)/(4k-3)...
compare with stand form y=mx+c... so slope is ..{(k+2)/(4k-3)}
parallel lines have equal slopes so 4K-3 =0.... k=3/4 ..... Ans

logic ?
@sampras
(k+2)/(4k+3)=0
K=-2
if 4K+3=0 then it will be infinity..

meko bhi panga hua tha ismei kal....
dekho :
2pi radian = 360 degree
thus 55 radian = (360/pi)*55
3.5 sec mei it covers 360 degree
will cover (360/pi)*55 degree in = (3.5/360) ((360/pi)*55)
bhai 305 times in one sec de rakha hai..What is "3.5 sec mei it covers 360 degree"???
@sscjindabad : dekh ye diya hua hai it covers 1 revolution in 3.5 secs so covers 360 degreee in 3.5 sec

bhai iska answer 2.5 bhi nahi aara ???
If I is the incenter of triangle-ABC and angle-BIC=135degree,then triangle-ABC is

haa bhai aapne sahi pakda actually 4k-3 ki jagah 4k+3 type ho gaya....will edit it
@sumitrewri said: If I is the incenter of triangle-ABC and angle-BIC=135degree,then triangle-ABC is a)Acute-angled b)Equilateral c)right angled d)obtuse angled
a = 90
so c is ans

9. 8 children and 12 men complete a certain piece of work in 9 days. Each child takes twice the time by a man to finish the work. In how many days will 12 men finish the same work ?

A.8 B. 9 C.12 D. 15

10. A certain number of men can do a work in 70 days. If there were 2 men less it could be finished in 10 days more. How many men are there?

A.15 men B.17 men C.16 men D.12 men

9.)12 days

bhai isko aur explain kar do with answer and i ll quit studying till 16 sept..yeh aakhri Q kar raha hun uske baaad mein pad nahi raha 16 tak..Plz ye samjhao nahi toh mere dimag khata rahega yeh Q

sorry bhai glat dekh liya!!!! sry :banghead:

dekho:

2pi radian = 360 degree

=> 55 radian = 180 *55 degree

now it cover 3.5 rotation in 1 sec

ie covers 3.5*360 degree in 1 sec

so it will cover 180 *55 degree in =

(180*55)/( 3.5*360) sec = 2.5 sec
