thus 55 radian = (360/pi)*55
3.5 sec mei it covers 360 degree
will cover (360/pi)*55 degree in = (3.5/360) ((360/pi)*55)

good afternoon bhai .... thats why mentioned early on this forum .... just try to relax nowadays... go for max two full set practice and revise them ...enough for the day...entertainment with movie and songs and have good sleep... go for evening walk and all ... will definitely help reducing stress..
