SNAP experience..
Wandered around Maharajas Campus from 10 to 1.30.. enjoyed the "scenery" and the trees

Exam wise...Got seat in a big hall.. and the moment exam started came Power Cut.. felt like sitting in a den

Verbal - attempted this section last (so thankfully didn't test my luck, esp with vocabs )
around 18-20 attempted
Quant- seriously, if this was the standard they'd have followed, Bank PO level preps would have seemed like IIT level 36 attempts
GK- now here's the catch. For someone who takes a great deal of pride (and arrogance) as regards GK, this one came on like a firing squad.. 15 attempts ( God knows what the other questions were)
Reasoning- attempted after GK.. was circumspect.. but finished well, i guess.. barring the FIJ Qs, I think ( and thats a very big thought) I did OK. last time I had that feeling, I ended up writing supplementary exams in BTech .. no prizes for guessing the attempts.

Overall, all the sections were doable..( although I strongly disagree in GK).. SIBM cut off will be around 110 or more. not sure bout other institutes..

Err. Dude, most of the guys here attempted CAT 2012. We have been here for the past few months All of us are looking at IIMs

@DreamingIIM In my opinion, TIME is better than IMS (especially if it's in cochin). Try to join the weekday morning batch. The mock CATs usually start in May. All the best.

@Kevin88 Aliyooo. Hows the XAT preps going ? By the way, which course of TIME have you enrolled for ? AIMCAT basic or enhanced or something else ?

@seetharam7 Well i had enrolled for the AIMCAT Enhanced package !!
However, my current state of affairs would put the term 'prep' to shame

My time & time dilly - dallying coupled with my honorary degree in laziness have officially got me into 'Team Procrastination'..

Have now turned to the divine & secretly trying to get head hunted for Team Ataraxia !!

Dude, are u talking about XAT 2012? That was comparatively easy right?( that's what is said in the analysis given on some websites; I have not attempted XAT yet). Still, by just attempting 6 questions in the QA-DI section, you cleared the cut-offs??
That means, selectivity is of paramount importance..
