I will make it easier for you, if you want the stylish laptops with a hell lot of flaunt value, go for either Apple or Sony Viao because these are the laptops that people fall in love with just after looking at them. (Sadly I like playing games and buy loaded laptops so I don't go for these brands, a cousin of mine was using Macbook, he has just switched to Macbook Pro and he is happy with Apple)
If your only concern is cost & maintenance, go for either Dell or Acer, because I have seen both these brands' going without any kharcha for at least 3 years long...
You can have a look at them here..

And a suggestion would be that don't go for i3 processors, go for at least i5 because it will get outdated later compared to i3 and extend warranty at additional cost to a three year period at the time of buying itself...
@niteshpinge : All rubbish. Sony gives a value to your investment. DELL is like all cheap things installed in one package. Many of my friends faced issue with their DELL laptops. Keyboard not working..heating issue's. Dell is now loosing its brand value which they crearted few years back. Yes they provide you with home service option, but i will rathe go for a brand in which i dont even face a problem..rather than thinking of these service options. These is just my view's. NOM...:)
About Dell, I spoke from my personal experience... Have been using them for quite sometime, just bought a new one as well.. And even if some issues crop up, if your laptop is getting back in perfect shape in a day's time instead of other brands which at least take a week... I would definitely take this into consideration when buying a laptop because sooner or later something is going to crop up.. Not even Sony or Apple laptops go 3 & 4 years without a single issue...
@niteshpinge Dude Apple/Sony VS DELL..!! Seriously..?? If you are using a paricular brand pls dont use the words like "flaunt value". Having both macbook pro and vaio at my disposal...u cant even compare dell with in you wildest dreams. That's y i said if u are giving suggestions give but dont degrade other brands.
again NOM..:)
And I certainly believe that Flaunt Value is a good thing and not a bad one...
@Billyjeans Lets keep our difference, you love Apple, Sony and hate Dell... I love Dell and am fond of Apple for its aesthetic values..
