The roll numbers of student who got selected in aai are not even in the list of student who were interviewed. This is purely the case of bribery and cheating with students. The roll numbers like 3919210126, 3919210174, 3919210185, 3919210251, and lot more were not even in the list of student who were interviewed. then how the hell they got selected ? This is just unbelievable, insane...We have to put case against aai in court

The way some people are going to court against 03/2015, it seems the entire process will be on hold for a long time (as they want). This will eliminate possibility of second/ third list :( of candidates who might be at boundary line... As AAI already has the option of taking 07/2015 candidates.
Presently the chances of second list are very high as many students from first list have taken admission in colleges and jobs elsewhere (as I think the number of candidates who appeared was very less in December and much higher in April).
Further if person has 85+ marks then that person would readily wait for second or third list instead for raising voice against the PSU itself. I think people doing such things are trying to misguide us.
I assume from the discussions on this page that some people were rejected because of their English pronunciation, since this job requires the ATC to communicate with not only Indian pilots but also international pilots, and sometimes even interpreters of various airlines. I don't know why there is so much hue and cry about this as it is the responsibility of the candidate to know the job profile before applying for the job.
The interview was also a pressure test to know whether a candidate will be able to undergo the harsh training and do the job that has been termed as the most stressful job world wide..

The recent posts reveal that some of the candidates who couldn't get into the final list is going to challenge the recruitment process , now that is up to them.Blatant accusation on b2 board is being perpetrated around different groups ,there are several candidates having laudable marks who made it into final list through b2 board.The severe remarks revolve around the fact that some of the toppers in written exam couldn't make it and I would like to remind that interview also plays a prominent part as one of my friend posted the job requires extensive inter personal and cognitive aptitude.The whole credibility of the process cannot be evaluated on the assumptions of 15 toppers as stated. Most of the PSU's wouln't even entertain the step taken by aai for calling another 1800 for interview acknowledging their success in the written exam based on revised key. Moreover in India though air traffic has surged in the past few years the atc community has been deprived of workforce due to shortage of new recruits and I think AAI would speed up the whole process including 3/2015 and 7/2015.Congrats to all who made in and good luck for those who are waiting for the second list and those who have taken 7/2015

Does anybody knows anything about
1. How many times keys have been revised as there are still some errors as per the latest keys .
2. What normalization process has been followed as in one shift there are 7-8 freebies and none in another.
3. Why they have initially cancelled the interview of 1200 candidates and added 600 candidates more.
4. Is there any other psu which calls for the interview on the basis of category( neither by merit nor by roll no.)
5. Why there is only one selection out of 16 from a particular batch which have very good written marks.
Look agree or not this recruitment is a mess right from the beginning and if keys haven't been revised again then there is serious concern because recently Rajasthan high court gives a verdict of a 2-3 year old exam in which due to only one question merit list is going to prepare again you can refer danik bhaskar or rajasthan patrika for more information.
Most of candidates from the 2nd phase are through only because they have good JUGAD in AAI.
Looking in to the history of AAI (advt 2/2012 and 3/2016)for all selected candidates who are currently in job think before your resignation and one who think now life is settled be worried AAI can do anything.
ATC is not our life we have better option coming up what we want is fair and transparent process.
