JE ATC 3/2015
400 vacancies - as per notification(exam : interview = 1 : 2.5)
called for interview phase 1 - 1030+
called for interview phase 2 - 1820+
total: 2850+
results out for 400 vacancies only.....
Mistakes:
1) more than required ratio called for interview(no vacancy increase).
2) key correction even after phase one interviews.
3)key corrections once again - no key paper or final exam marks list of all candidates declared.
4)as per the final result - shows that list as per the exam and interview phase 1 & 2 ..... why to call too many and cover their mistakes.
ALL THIS HAPPENED BECAUSE OF INEFFICIENCY AND MISTAKES OF HR AAI. THEY WASTED MONEY AND TIME OF MOST OF THE CANDIDATES ONLY DUE TO THEIR PROBLEMS.
IS THERE ANY SOURCE OF FILING A CASE OR SHOUTING ABOUT THIS ON AAI.....
DID I MISS ANYTHING ABOVE OR ANY SUGGESTIONS ON THIS PLS POST...... IT DOESNOT MATTER U R SELLECTED OR NOT.... IT MATTERS U R SELECTED THE RIGHT WAY R NOT.....

It seems a case of pure setting and bribery in AAI ATC 2015. Personally it's disappointing to find myself out even after having 85 marks (revised score) and the whole process seems to be corrupt and lacking transparency. Most of the PSUs that don't participate in GATE undertake such scrupulous recruitment policies. Atleast in banks the process is far more transparent.
One of my friend have filed the rti regarding the syllabus for the post of operation...and now he have got a reply...in the answer aai have refused to give the syllabus and said that it will be uploaded on the website very soon.. so it is my advice to all if u r planning to file rti...dont go for it they will not give u any syllabus....
