[2020-2022] [Official] SIBM Pune Admissions

sir i have 55% in 10th and 12th
67% in graduation.
and have good extra curricular
do i have any chance of getting admission.

@ankitarao That's good for general current affairs but that won't help much for business & economy related news, so read some other CA magazines like Pratyogita Darpan, some business magazine like Business Today, etc along with comprehensive reading of ET & some other daily for both business & general news while at the same time also focus on some key concepts related to business, finance, economics, which are commonly used.
You could go through the GK thread on PG & for compact materials materials by TF, Time etc

See, don't rely on short-cuts, there is no easy way of doing something, just be regular & you'll easily manage, just focus on recent events that has happened in 5-6 months or so & have a brief idea about everything, it will not just be useful from the context of GK & SNAP but would also help you out in GDPI preparation later as well because even that relies heavily upon CA

same problem dude......even 4 scmhrd i didnt recieve any confirmation/mail what shud we do? anyone plz tell
Hi..

So, once the pay in slip reaches SIBM, it takes a bit of time getting processed in the accounts department here. And with the no. of applications coming through, it will take a bit of time. It is a bit of an inconvenience, I know. Happened last year with me too. But if you have made the payment and sent the pay-in slip, rest assured, you'll get the confirmation pretty soon. :)

Also, Coffee With SIBM will be coming to you city soon to answer all of your SNAP and SIBM related queries.

See, the minimum percentage requirement for being eligible for SIBM Pune is 50% in your graduation.
After that, the strength of your candidature is majorly dependent on your performance in SNAP and the consequent GD/PI rounds.
So, both of you, if you put in the required effort, have a good chance of getting through. 😃

thank you sir... 😃

2 year of work ex in sbi as po. do i have any chance for scmhrd siib n sibm. if score good in snap

I have completed me graduation from pune university. While filling the marks for graduation, do we need to fill the aggregate marks of all the 4 years or only the final year. As in degre certificate the percentage marks considered is only of the final year. And i have already filled my final marks only during registration on snaptest

@taskson last year only

Does SIBM accept graduate degrees earned via correspondence? Certain colleges (like SCMHRD and SIMS) list 'full time bachelors degree' in their eligibility criteria, and even though the SIBM website doesn't mention 'full time' ,I just wanted to know if my B.Com degree from Pune University (ie not from any particular college that was affiliated to the Uni, rather just appeared for the university final exams every year, along with the regular full time students) would be a disqualifier or just a weakness in my profile?

whats the fee strucutre in Symbiosis Colleges
hi
Pls let me know if i have to pay the application fee for the institutions right away or can it be payed post the declaration of results?
TIA.
@Ronnie1 Please check the last date of the individual colleges.. Every college has its own date..

Yes, you do have a great chance if you get a good SNAP score.

See, the minimum percentage requirement of 50% is just a cutoff level. It does not hold much importance in the selection process afterwards.

So, as you have the minimum required percentage, you need not worry about it and can concentrate on doing your best in SNAP. :)
