NTPC Limited has reported strong financial results under Singh’s leadership. In FY 2020–21, the company recorded a net profit of ₹13,769 crores — a 9.4% increase over the previous year.

NTPC has modernised its coal-based plants to reduce emissions and aims to lower specific water consumption by 3% by 2023. With a focus on “Low-Cost, Low Emission” energy, NTPC supports India’s mission to provide clean and affordable electricity to all.
