no point getting psyched over wat they will ask frm essay..u must be remembering the broad outline...of wat u hav written..just keep tht in mind..n be ready with atleast a small five liners of answer...a general guideline kindda so tht even u r asked u can just lend ideas frm tht ready five liners.....

me too thru XL-BM!!! i jus hope this info is true coz i had abysmally low %ile in GA-only 79.38. however, OA-98.96 cud have made all the difference n yes, very low GA cutoff-quite contrary criterion 2 wat i heard abt XLRI.
anyways, m not complaining. another big league call after I,K,FMS,MDI,SPJ.

ps:i also hope dat their disclaimer abt this electronically generated info doesnt have any implication in my case. may i get the call letter. AMEN!!!!!

i don no what the topic was..but u must hav written something having a general line of thought.. just choose a well crafted five liners which can summerise ur line of thought so tht whn thy ask u somthing frm essay..u r nt taken too out of place..!! by the way keep the same line of thought which have written in the test..

what u did is a serious error, but i dont think xl called out based on ur swot analysis. but ur job profile, if its impressive and countable, cld've been an aiding point for sure. what abt ur %iles, r they really big enuf to make u repent abt ur procrastination ?. however, its obviously toooooooooo late, no qn abt that. try to make things better in other ways ..

wow...look at the scorecard...

CAT : overall 99.35 percentile...just 1 call ... from A...which m pretty sure wont be able to convert....and why one call....cos of 86 in english...

XAT : overall 99.42 percentile...no call...why....74 in english...

english always lets me down everywhere...and in all modesty, my spoken english is NOT AT ALL bad....but i guess thats life....hehehe
