Finally.....i get to see a msg saying "CONGRATULATIONS... you have been selected"...... and now i know how it feels....

Here are my scores:

QA: 98.xx
VA: 95.xx
GA: 93.xx
Total: 99.xx
Experience: 2+ yrs
Applied for : PMIR

On hindsight, i feel i have been damn lucky...looking at some of the amazing scores posted here which have not been called.... it surely seems weird.... Can anyone from XL throw some light on as to what exactly these guys are looking for??

hey fellas,

Whoppeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee, made it too............after Man U defeated Arsenal 4-2 last nite , it was a double whammy for me. was worried whether GK wud be counted or not......thnk god they did not take it as a deciding factor.

Guys,sorry to interrupt all the celebrations but do help me with my problem....I don't know how I could be this stupid,I left all that strengths-weaknesses ,reason for doing BM ,job profile etc blank .First thought I'd do it later,forgot all about it until the results came out and then thought there was no point as I wouldn't get in.I just filled it up...but is it too late?

can you give me what exactly his work ex is means is it more than 1 year ( 13 14 mths) or less than that ( 8-9 mths)
also where he is working now his work profile ( what his work is coding finance etc)
also how's his acads are

that can give a better picture

Please do help. what are the type of questions asked. also i know u can't say what shud be my answer but what is the answer expected by them. I mean what qualities they look for. I know half the people fake their answers as to why MBA.

just called up XL to confirm abt the results... Its out according to them and the link is the same as posted in this thread.

As for the message..."Admission offer will be sent to u"... the guy confirmed that it referring to interview letter and not the final call letter !!!!......

i am amazed that an insti like XL cannot put up a correct msg on their website.... and looking at some of the scores not getting calls makes me feel really weird.... wont be surprised if these guys come up with another list tomorrow saying that there was some problem in todays list and "The Inconvenience is regretted" !!!

Well it hasnt been my year.......seem to have messed up everything

High percentile in CAT abt 98.5 ....kicked out because of sub 90 Quant percentile

No calls from IIMs MDI, SPJAIN

FMS went well I thought but dint make the cut I guess

XAT : No call
Overall: 99.77 ( probably the highest until now without a call )

sectional: Verbal -> 99.92 GK -> 97.8 Quant ->88.11

Guyz I feel like a loser.....and probably rightly so

A year of failure in every way......only a 51st rank in JMET is a saving grace.....but I am not keen on joining an IIT

He is frm IIT (This is think acc to xl is the biggest qualification) with 8 cgpa i think..
probably around 14 months work ex....in coding
