RIGHT SAID...I TOO HAVE ALREADY MADE THIS POINT...THINK THEY SHUD JUS HAVE ONE SECTION FROM NEXT YR--QUANT..BECAUSE NEWAYS APPLICATION WILL BE IN ENGLISH AND IF SOME ONE IS GOOD ENUF TO FILL IT WITHOUT MISTAKES HE SHUD BE THRU AND GK...WELL THE KNOWLEDGE THAT THERES A SCHOOL CALLED XLRI SHUD BE GOOD ENUF I GUESS

Looking at the way people are trying to defend the way XL has given calls...i wud like to add 2 worthless cents of mine....think XL found in the current batch that QA is the weak area that they decided to correct it on the new batch...so they saw only quant.....rest they forgot...because they thought when people can read questions which are in english than to surely their english is good...and GK to anyways they know is tukkam tukka....or i say matka....

My thoughts too I'm sure that XLRI would be the only college where the batch profile varies drastically every year. 2-3 years back qnt cuttoff was 3-4 marks and a person with great GK score was definitely in. Now they want number crunchers. Guess they are realising that they are somewhere wrong in their selection criterion and need to change it but the way they r doing it baffles me.

See, although its difficult - we should always treat every difficulty, every incident of pain as an Opportunity.
- as a chance, which the Almighty has provided to us for self improvement.
Sounds Moralistic and impractical.
But believe me, if we can take moments of Pain and moments of Happniess with equal easy in our Stride, we have truly attained Maturity.
Whether you trust in God or not in immaterial - because noone knows whether there is God or not.
But what is important is you stick to your Belief - you wanna deny the existence of God, stick to it.
What is important is Faith - the ability to stick to your beliefs, at all Cost. That will make you Strong.
I guess we should all raise our Hats to the way Mr Nag has decided to proceed with Life.

I exacly agree with and do more so now. I was driven to such xtremes, because I lost in every area. I have hyad lot of failures in life, but that is ok. It is when u fail everywhere that u lose all sense of direction. In my case, my fall in health, office work, relationships and of course CAT where all sudden, and not remediable in short duration. I trying to take ownership for this disaster but am clueless. Anyways I have a call to think of, so its ok.
