Dear it depend upon the university to university.Some universities separately provides the MBA with Specialization like

MBA (International Business)

MBA (Hospital and Healthcare Management)
.....etc

So when aver you decide to get admission in the MBA, first check out the websites of some universities like which providing the lot of facilities to the students like residential facility , library facility,expert faculties and having the Hi-tech campus infrastructure to the students.
