Regardless of whether or not I make the cut and join We school, I must compliment you on the campus you have.
I came in expecting a ho-hum day at a not-so-impressive campus (most B-schools in Mumbai have little to offer in terms of aesthetic value). When I showed up, however, I was floored by what I saw. Despite the fact that your campus is vertically built, it's pretty impressive with the airy, sunlit interiors, beautiful murals and color schemes (a nod to the person who came up with the new brand identity). Also, the programs seem pretty promising. Considering that your Business Design program draws the likes of MIT over, you're certainly doing a lot of things right.
The campus seems high-tech at first sight, and I am sure there's more to this than meets the eye.
The topics at the group discussion provided much room for creative thought. I had a great time discussing what I would do if I were appointed Higher Education Minister for a day. Moreover, it was great to see a creativity test included in the process. Far too many B-schools underestimate the power of the right hemisphere of the human brain, and yours certainly isn't one.
Now that I've visited Welingkar Mumbai, I can say it shows much promise. It might not (yet!) be the best B-school in India, but it is one of the best in Mumbai, and certainly a school to which the rankings fail to do justice.
ubs chandigarh cuttoff is too high this year.... first list cuttoff is 89%tle.... will thr be any chances for dropdown in cuttoff or any second list will come.....?
Hi guys , wanna share my experience in the gdpi and the creativity test - 1. gdpi topic was a case n we were around 15-20 guys ...went on for around 15 mins 2. PI : I told that my area d interest is beer making...so they asked me about it for around half n hour about what all are the processes to make beer etc etc, they asked me more about the education gap and that I shouldve done part time MBA instead of leaving the job n all...they tried to catch me on some point but I was able t clarify them over each one 3. creativity test: wrote a hindi poem overall : 50-50 chances but m still pretty optimistic ....best of luck
Just went through the mandatory disclosure from the actual website and was shocked to see that 59/120 (49%) in MMS and 102/179 (57%) in PGDM were placed . What about the other 51% and 43% in MMS and PGDM respectively ?? Can a spokesperson or someone pls comment on this . Maybe i read it or conceived it wrong either way pls throw some light ppl .. Check the disclosures out yourself . p.s : One more doubt it shows that there are no grading conventions so anyone above 50% is declared passed . This is quite shocking as i thought most recruiters analyze the performance of students over the 2 years during recruitment . Shocked ..

With a 78% in CAT , 10th - 89%, 12th - 88% , Btech - 87% and 1 year of work experience , what are my chances of getting into PGDM(core) Mumbai campus . Could any one help ?
