One more ques how would you compare CSAT with other exams like CAT,IBPS-PO,SSC-CGL.I mean the competition is very high but I am just asking about the level of the exam...It's toughnesss???
dude evry exam has its own beauty....how many of theses have you taken?
dwnld last 2yrs paper n chk urself.......its a diff ball game.....it is on a changinng spree and throws surprises every year.....best wud be to chk 2-3 yrs papers...

I have taken all of these...Ya checking myself would be the best option...

CSAT - U jst need to be fluent , anyone with reasoning ability and a habit of reading should be able to do it .. needs practice indeed.
CAT - tougher on quant and reasoning as compared to CSAT
SSC CGL - and Bank PO - both relate to at times archaic / rule based englisg - convert active to passive... fill in as per rules of connectors and conjunctions etc. ... its more like book exam . while CSAT is application based .. - it won't ask you active passive as such but would ask u to read b/w lines at times - comprehension should be good and it always will surprise u ( with too many comprehensions this time 😃 - i liked that though ).. CSAT levels of comprehensive is that of good literary sources .. while that of other exams is more like practice papers available in markets .. cn't comment on CAT english -
P.S> haven't given CAT - not interested, Gave IBPPS PO 1 and 2.. SSC CGL this year .. CSAT - this year ( failed ) but cudn clear pre due to GS paper 1
@Shikari89 'A' book? go fr TMH manual to start with .. but each suj hs its own reference - see mrunal.org .. go aroung blogs of previous IAS toppers ... google a lil :P
