Tell me one thing. I was born on 21.08.1986. Suppose i don't give IAS exam this year. Then will i be still able to give 4 attempts after that. As on 4 th attempt i will be 30 years + 11 months in august. but not 31.
Although i would like to clear it in my first attempt but still as a precautionary measure i would like to know this.

If you are going to appear in 2012 exam then you should not have attained the age of 30 years as on 1st august 2012.
So your age as on 1st August of the year of exam should be less than 30 years.
Please correct me if i am wrong.

Dude i am not taking exam this year.Lets take it this way-
Suppose a person is of 30years+11month on 1 aug and birthday is on 21aug can he take IAS this year?

If a person is 30 years or above on 1st august of the year of exam then he is not eligible.
i.e a person 30 yrs and 1 day on 1st august is not eligible.

Kyun bhai itni door ja rahe ho?? Marathi mein sentence kaise banaoge. Mujhe 5 saal ho gaye hain Pune mein, abhi tak ek sentence nahin banta dhang se.

Just came to know about UPPSC Pre result after a friend asked me about it. I had no idea when it got declared. Anyways, I didn't clear the exam. State waala kaise clear karoon?? UPSC is much easier than State PSC. :-(:sneaky:

DTC gonna replace Old income tax structure toh unki lag jayegi..state walo se kya relation..
How many and what leaves are you talking about - preparation or leaves for taking exams?

Not taken a single day leave for preparation. Just a three days leave for prelims and a week-long leave for main exam. No leaves for UPPSC. Just a Sunday to take exam.
In which bank are you in? I am fed up of IT. I am already 28. Do I have any chances in a bank?Am I eligible for any post in a bank considering my age?

ohh sorry bhool gaya...dimaag se jab yahan udel raha tha tab to tha...lekin udelte udelte kahin gayab ho gaya. maine post update kar diya hai. He is IPS.
Yaar IT mein bhi koi action kahan hai. Haan paisa kamana hai to IT mein onsite jaisi cheez hai. Lekin uske liye yeh gaana ga sakte ho... "bandh gaya patta dekho ban gaya ****!!"

On a serious note, I can't take leaves or leave my job. Reasons - I am married and have responsibilities.
I m gonna take a risk..
Going on LoP 4m 2nd dec..Mpsc prelims on 12feb..ll come in bank for 8 days..then agn take LoP bcoz mains on 15 may..
Then CGL on 1st july & mains on 15 sep..do or die situatn 4 me..
Risk le sakte ho toh isi age me..

Bhai bhaad mein to hai hi job!! Agar le sakte leaves ho to usse achha kuchh nahin hai...main nahin le sakta...mujhe ghar chalana hai - grahast aashram ki samasyaayein samjho!!;)
