Hello puyz..one query on intellectual prooerty rights??...say some invention is done by mr a. New technology.he got patent(exclusive rights)... No other can use it... Does ipr hinder growth as he doesnt give technology to others? Second a diff and outstanding product of nestle suppose patented... Then lot ofsale of thus product in market?doesnt it bring monopoly in market??... Plz clarify these two situations.. Growth hinderence and monopoly
For example, the key taxing provision of Article 366(29A) which defines the various transactions of sale, lease, hire purchase, works contract etc. has been left unaltered. Since GST would be imposed on the supply of goods or services (or both), it appears that this provision could become superfluous. From vision ias gst PDF. I understand that since the supply of goods and services have been taxed therefore sale, lease ,hire purchase contract will not be taken / taxed by default. Am I correct?
