@lay_man ur link is dated 25th april 2012...my uncle works as an irts officer..he got the information regarding the civils mains pattern change...he has given the info to me...when i asked wat would be the change then he said its unpredictable...so even i am waiting for the actual notification to arrive...
@Sidgopi i didnt admit anything regarding the possible change...i just got information from a credible source about a change in civils mains pattern but wat is the change is not known so i just informed you guys...
@Sidgopi this week is the probability but if there is a change then they will take time regarding preparing the notification with the implemented changes...lets wait and see...officers fraternity has the credible information regarding a probable change....
@Sidgopi i have a medical reason behind not writing the civil services but i am preparing for it...after i get fit i will give it a shot...ok sure...

@lay_man i have informed you the inside story...after the approval of pmo upsc will sit back and prepare notification along with changes and its time taking thats why there is a delay in notification arrival...on feb 22nd after upsc announcing the cse 2012 results pib also simultaneously kept the news regarding the results....in the same way after upsc taking out the notification pib will also give the news regarding the new pattern if ANY....on top of all this we have to wait and watch...due to this even prelims exam date will also postpone....lets see
