hiya ppl. i have given toefl. i have sent all my applications in r2. but i havent sent toefl scores to most schools (h/k/c/vanderbilt). though i have reported my scores in the forms, but i havent sent the official scores to these univs.
my question: me thinks me will send them official scores only if they specifically mail me fr it ! is that okay? like me thinks, kellogg has interviewed me without it, mebbe others will do too! anyone has any comments on this?

Darden isnt waiving off the Toefl. The info on the website is sort of misleading.

Dear XXXXXX,
Thank you for your interest in the Darden School MBA program. Based on some new information from the University of Virginia, all non-native speakers of English are required to take the TOEFL before being admitted. As much as 50% of a students grade at Darden depends upon active oral participation in the classroom. If you have at least 2 years of education in the U.S. your request for a TOEFL waiver will be considered by the International Students Office at the University. Otherwise, all international students must submit a TOEFL with the application with no exceptions.

I know this is a very old thread, but since it still comes up in searches, I want to be very clear. A TOEFL is not required at Darden if you attended a University where the medium of communication is English. Also, you do not need a waiver. You may submit your application with just a GMAT.

TOEFL Go vans travelling across India to enlighten exam takers
For the first time ever in India, the TOEFL test, is driving across cities throughout the country informing potential candidates about the exam. TOEFL Go, a campaign started on August 1, 2016 aims to create awareness and knowledge about the English language test, amongst Indians looking to emigrate soon. 2 vans with TOEFL experts and free information resources are touring across north and south India cities right now.
A similar campaign was launched last year in Gujarat which received admirable success. In view of this achievement, TOEFL has now expanded the campaign across the nation. The tagline of the campaign says, ‘2 vans, 10 weeks, 100 locations’. The organisation has gone as far as creating a separate facebook page for the event with a constantly updated schedule about the location of the TOEFL vans. Currently in New Delhi and Hyderabad, the vans are planned to visit Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai and other such cities.
This initiative by TOEFL is expected to spread accurate knowledge about the exam, as candidates are otherwise majorly dependent on counselling centres for information. The only other source is to browse information online which is a one sided communication medium.
