Bhai,I guess the cut-off should be lower cuz LR is not 1 mark ki this time and sctionals bhi they, so people couldnt leave any section and spend time on the 1 mark ones like last time.Questions were added, yes, but were in the GK section, woh bhi half mark each.
Personal opinion,galat ho sakta hai

as far as i remember that year...sectionals meant only a non negative score...so we do not know what they do this year...

Even that is a possibility. But it is more likely that they have a proper score, right?
