I am working in a project in TCS as ASE-Trainee in 12-9 pm shift and am currently untagged(non billable). My Module Lead told me that there is no possibility of getting tagged for almost a year. I want to prepare for MBA but I am hardly getting any time. I have to travel 60 kms a side daily to reach office. I leave for office in the morning and reach home by 11 pm. Should I opt for bench? Who and how should I approach for leaving the project?

my manager that if in case I dnt get my visa I will take LWP for MBA. My manager got angry and didn't agreed to approve LWP, he also told me that he will hold my resignation letter if in case I resign................Pls let me know what should I do now.....Shall I talk to senior HR regarding this?
i am currently serving my notice period.My last date as per rules is may 28. But my project manager has given me the release date from project as 16may. He has mentioned to contact HR for next action. I want to be in bench till 28 may as i dnt wanna loose nearly half month salary. what to do?Plz guide

Hi.. I have been selected for MBA @ IIT-Kharagpur. Planning to put in my papers. Should the service notice period be 1 month or 30 working days. Also, currently I have 21 months exp. Should it be necessary for me to pay the wholesum of 50k to get rid from the service bondage? Please advice as I am planning to put in my papers tomrw.

I got a 'D' band and consequently my LWP was rejected. I dropped my resignation (via email) on 5th. Till now I have not got any reply on that. I called up and informed my HR and Manager about the same, HR said manager pe dependecy hai. I have few doubts:
1) Other than dropping a mail am I to initiate any other work-flow in ultimatix?
2) When is the latest that I can expect a last day of service mail?
3) Am I currently in notice period (my HR is neither convincing nor helpful).

Hey Guys..I am going to pursue MBA from this July onward . I am currently on bench.I have 15 months of experience in TCS. When should I resign considering I will have to pay the bond amount? Therefore should I resign in May or on 1 June? If I will resign in May,I will lose one month's salary(of June) and will be able to complete the exit formalities on time.However resigning on June 1 will give me one month's salary to offset paying off the bond money but the formalities may take time and I would not be able to join the college on time? I am on bench so no work at all.HELP !!!

Hello frnds ,I am going for an MBA program in KS Somaiya(SIMSR) and will be taking sabbatical for same (already inititated the process) . I have 26 months(2 yrs+) exp in TCS mumbai.
My queries are as follows.
1) Somaiya belongs to which Teir of TCS.
2) What package I can expect if at all I join back TCS after completing my MBA?
3) If Suppose I opt for some other Company during placements , then what are the clauses for leaving TCS (is there any bond or something ) and within what duration can I do so?
