Please help.... I have 3+ years of experience and I have converted (and taken admission ) in NMIMS-core (Mumbai)...my HR advised me to take a sabbatical but he said my manager's approval is required...I asked my manager for his approval but he has not given it (yet..fingers crossed) ...also I feel he'll assign me 'D' band as I will be quitting.
Will this affect my sabbatical prospects???also my current manager is new (he's been my manager for only 2 months), is it ok if I get approval from my previous manager (we shared a good rapport.)??

I have been offered by TCS as IT-Analyst with pacakage 9.87 \annum recently. I have
overall 7.5 years of IT experience. Is this a good pacakage.
But in offer letter thay have taken only 6.92 as relavant experience due to my Graduation. Is this true what TCS says.

Ohh transfer !!! You just asked the question to the right guy. I took a transfer in a year ( the policy was -- no transfer in 2 years ), right in the middle of a project.Anyway, the HR guys are going to be very grumpy about transferring you in under 2 years unless you are hopelessly on bench and you are not utilized in any project. But there are ways to get it done.If Lucknow is your hometown, then you got a leverage.

Actually i joined tcs on sep 2012 ,but i completed my final anniversary in feb2014 as per it should be completed in sep 2013.. For H2 ,heard from my manager that i cannot initiate H2.Then what about rating and Bands which was supposed to get in April? Throw some info on this..

At present i hv 2 yrs 8 months of exp in TCS .Gave CAT 13 for the first time n scored 80.82. Got D band as they released me during March in the name of cost cutting.Previous band was C. Now on bench from one month.Not worked in any particular technology.All chow chow in three projects .So switching might be very dificult .Applied to some colleges based on CAT n waiting for results from TAPMI,BITS Pilani and attedning GD/PI of Gratelakes Gurgao(1 yr PGPM) , NIA Pune(Insurance). I hv good academics (97,95,87) with decent extra curiculars.
My dilemma is
1) Whether to join any college this yr only ?
2) To try for CAT once again being in TCS ?
3) Which type of projects i shud take so that i ll get enough time to prepare ? I am thinking of Testing
