Can one revoke resignation within 3 months of notice period..Is it always accepted by the HR or is there any chance that revocation will be rejected?

2.I have to stay in calcutta for family reason,so my choice of colleges are BHARTIYA VIDYA BHAVANS,IISWBM,IEM.MDI fees are too high so will not able to study there.

Discussed with the HR about colleges. HR said TCS has a list of colleges from where associates can pursuie their higher studies.Above three colleges are in the list.But HR did not specify the TIER .So i am in a confusion about selecting college.

TCS is offering 0-1 year of relevant experience: 5.79 lpa 1-2 years of relevant experience: 6.09 lpa 2-3 years of relevant experience: 6.33 lpa in a tier 2 college. So should we expect only this amount after lwp from tier 2 college?
