90 days notice ..is there any way out without serving notice period ?
Any idea rough about the hike TCS gives after completing an MBA for Tier 2 institutes likes IMT-G, IIT-KGP, newest IIMs, assuming that we take a sabbatical after two years of service. Is the last band a major factor factor in deciding the compensation once we return?

Hi guys, I have completed 3 yrs in TCS and wish to join an MBA program. I want to go on a 2 yr LWP. I wanted to know if it is possible to get LWP if I am on bench? If yes , what is the process??
As in when you are allocated to a project, the manager approves your LWP and the HR initiates it. But when on bench , there's no manager. So, does the HR approve your LWP?
Hi Guys. I will be joining NMIMS Mumbai this year. I will be on a sabbatical as getting a notice period waiver seemed like a humongous task. Just wanted to confirm few things- 1) What are the documents that an employee gets when one goes for a LWP. Is there something called as a LWP letter ? 2) Can we resign anytime after our LWP starts and we will not be required to come to office for any formalities ? 3) After resigning during LWP period, within how many days we can expect the Work-ex and Relieving letter ?

I am currently doing my MBA in Paris and wish to return to TCS after the completion of the course i.e., in July. Currently the university is providing only the Provisional degree certificate. The final degree and mark sheet will be sent later. So, will it create any problem during the rejoining?

With an experience of 2.3 years at TCS with 4.3 CTC, if one is willing to do his masters M.Tech course in a private university like BS adbul rahman university (cresent university) or vels university in his or her LWP. After completing the course what package he or she could expect ???? I believe the college doesn't comes under tier 1 or tier 2 categories .

Hey, I am 8 months total experienced and 6 months experienced in Java/Spring project. I am OCJP certified. Presently I am in TCS Hyderabad. I want a project now in Kolkata. My RMG is rude and normally dosen't listen regarding anything related to transfer.....Even if I manage to get one, will he listen? I have taken transfer to Kolkata and is having last date of Final year anniversary appraisal last date on 15th September 2016. After a lot of discussion regarding who should appraise me ,this project or the previous project in Hyderabad (bcoz I have joined this project for 25 days now), the HR had sent some feedback regarding me to this supervisor from the previous project manager and told him only to appraise. But till now My present supervisor is continuously nagging it and after initation also he is telling that he will give goal sheet for the past 7 days. What should I do in this case?
