Why don't you call Sudip Sir and tell him your problem? He'll surely help. Atleast he'll be able to tell you whether you can expect a convert or not.

and about the remaining 60 seats still remains a mystery...hope some info comes out before 10th of june. i have converted KJ Somaiya - PGDM and supposed to join on 14th of june. am so desperate to join TAPMI. have pull out from KJ by 11th else will be losing out a hefty amount (1st year fees). so hanging in between!

Happens! After all just 120 seats and more than 800 calls. Did you ask explain your situation to him? Because he wasn't willing to give me my wait list number. But after I told him that I would have to serve a month's notice period and needed an idea what are my chances of conversion, he gave out my WL no.

The last date of withdrawal from lbs is 11th or else wd lose abt 1lak59thousand.. Really worried abt this.. hope aicte gives approval by 10th.. aicte should understand that by delaying the approval they are playing with the future of student.. They should directly say yes or no.. busss
To those who've converted yesterday, can you confirm what is the late date for you'll to submit the fees? It'll help those who're agonisingly close to a convert to take a call.

called up sudip sir yesterday to get my waiting list details. Also I asked him, "Will the college start on 1st July itself?" Then he replied me that as the whole AICTE approval process is getting delayed and because of that the college might start late.
So all you puys, plz confirm with the admission office the starting date of the college before booking your tickets.
Don't know when this happened, but I've converted TAPMI-PGDM (checked the site yesterday). Will not be joining. Best wishes to all confirmed and waitlisted/rejected candidates.

Hi, Congrats, See, Placement has never been a matter of concern for TAPMI so you should be able to grab a good one. however, when some premier institutions like IMT-G & IIFT had increased there seats in past the avg salary for that batch went down by more than 2 lacs , obviously TAPMI may not be an exception. any way every thing depends on what other options you have. i've been on wait list from day 1 and now rejected for all sectoral courses.my question is y the hell did they wait list me then. in 3 wait list conversions and 3 new courses i have nothing.if they had given me rejected in the beginning itself i culda avoided wasting a lot of time

I have seen in previous posts that multiple calls are given for sectoral progs and waitlist is small.. Also, Sudeep sir told that there r chances for rejected ones to get selected for sectoral progs later.. So by calling Sudeep sir and knowing ur waitlist No, u may know ur waitlist position better.. IMO, there will be big waitlist movements for sectoral courses..
Do any one know that how much time will be given to submit the first installment for PGDM IB course ? also, it would be very helpful if someone can let know the amount that has to be submitted.. Thanks

I haven't seen them disclosing waitlist position to anyone thru mail.. but, keep trying thru phone.. they will surely attend the call.. The best time to call IMO is btw 2-4..
Friends,i want to know that what are the chances of new sectoral program,i want to ask that if new sectoral program wont get AICTE approval,then they wont be started or they will be started under manipal university??
